In view of the latest development of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, the Government has announced that the current social distancing rules will be extended to cover Lunar New Year. All performance venues under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, including the Hong Kong City Hall, will remain closed until 3 February 2022. The production of the opera L’Elisir d’Amore (28-30 January 2022) has therefore been cancelled.
Refund Procedure
1. Fill in the Ticket Refund Form, which can be downloaded here:

2. Mail the complete form by post together with the intact original ticket(s) with stub to Musica Viva (Address: 402, Tai Po Art Centre 12 On Pong Road, Tai Po, N.T. Hong Kong)
3. An email confirmation will be sent out within 7 working days after receiving the refund application.
4. Approved refund application will be made by cheque and sent by post within 8 – 10 weeks.
